We Guarantee Our Products To Be Free From Manufacturing Defects For The Life Of The Product.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.
Warranty is restricted to the United States. Warranty is void on items taken outside of the United States.


What Is Covered

Any product with a manufacturing defect purchased directly from Thumb Screw Depot, including:

  • Orders placed at www.thumbscrewdepot.com
  • Orders placed through “Thumb Screw Depot” on Amazon
  • Orders placed through “Thumb Screw Depot” on Walmart
  • Orders placed through “Thumb Screw Depot” on eBay

A manufacturing defect may include, but is not limited to:

  • Separation of the knob from the screw
  • Split or cracked knob
  • Any other manufacturing defect


The Process

  1. Provide at least one valid proof of purchase (see below).
  2. Provide a clear description and photos of the defect.
  3. You may be required to return the defective product using a prepaid shipping label we provide.
  4. Once the claim is approved, we will either ship a replacement product at no cost to you or refund the original purchase price of the product.


Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Purchase made through an active account on www.thumbscrewdepot.com
  • Order confirmation email from Thumb Screw Depot, Amazon, or eBay that includes:
    • Date of purchase and order number
    • Purchaser’s name and shipping address
    • Product SKU, description, and quantity
  • Screenshot of your order history from Amazon or eBay showing the same details above.


What Is Not Covered

  • Products purchased from any unauthorized reseller or third party (Note: We only sell direct to consumers and do not sell to resellers).
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Discontinued product SKUs.
  • Damage caused by exposure to the elements, corrosion, or UV light.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper use.


Additional Terms

  • The warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.
  • Coverage applies only to currently active product SKUs (discontinued items are excluded).
  • Shipping fees are not included in any refund.
  • Special order items may only be eligible for a refund based on parts availability at the time of the claim.
